Full agenda

4:30 - 6:00Interview & Camera Team Training

For newcomers. No experience necessary (but appreciated!).

We will train you to interview and “film" with your phones to make exceptional videos that motivate people to action. Experienced folks should take the training so we get on the same page. You will gain skills (handheld techniques) and film better.

Bring a smartphone and any accessories you have – monopod, gimbal, selfie stick, tripod, microphones, etc.

6:00 - 7:30 — Strategy meeting (including newcomers)

ALL Teams (including trainees) meet to go through our approach to the upcoming events:

  • Assignments (B-Roll locations, Interviews, Speaker coverage)

  • Safety & Comms – Slack, Signal, check-ins, etiquette

  • Uploading and naming clips to Google Drive
