Join the National Day Labor Organizing Network (NDLON) in collaboration with attorney, educator, and activist Jay Stansell for an afternoon of conversation, information and connection. This is a training for allies who want to understand the importance of supporting our immigrant neighbors and communities; community members who want to know more about their legal rights, particularly to support family and friends who may be at-risk; and activists who want to feel more emboldened in resisting the burgeoning police state that is terrorizing the most vulnerable among us.

In this training we will address:

• Why we should all care about immigrant rights and resist the threat of mass deportation

• NDLON's call to action, the Adopt a Corner project
