Interview & Camera Team Training (1:00 - 4:00)
For newcomers. We will train you to interview and “film" with your phones to make exceptional videos that motivate people to action. No experience necessary (but appreciated). Experienced folks should take the training, so we get on the same page. You will gain skills (handheld techniques) and film better. Bring phone and any accessories you have – monopod, gimbal, selfie stick, tripod, microphones, etc. At 2:30, we will be joined by our seasoned pros.
All Teams Strategy Meeting (2:30 – 4:00 pm)
All Teams (including trainees) meet to go through our approach to the upcoming events:
Assignments (B-Roll locations, Interviews, Speaker coverage)
Safety & Comms – Slack, Signal, check-ins, etiquette
Uploading and naming clips to Google Drive
