For our first rally and march of the year, WSI is partnering with Evergreen Resistance to hold “We’re Still Standing”. This march will acknowledge that it’s been one very difficult year under the Trump administration, and our 200+ signs will note how much our country has lost and what we’re still standing for. We will also celebrate our continuing fight against fascism and our unshaken resolve to protect our communities, our democracy, and our Constitution.

We will gather at Hiawatha Park at 12:30, then begin our march to the Alaska Junction at 1pm. We will be thoughtful, solemn, but resolved and committed. By the end, we will take a moment to look around at the hundreds of people gathered who are willing to continue the resistance movement.
