2. Share your photos and a short story about your experience at protests and rallies with your networks. Be loud, visible, brave

3. Contact Dems at all levels of government to demand they hold the line and resist the Trump regime. Call, text, email, show up at offices. www.5calls.org is a great resource.

4. Write postcards to support GOTV, candidates, and important races. Go to www.postcards4democracy for more info

5. Distribute “Know Your Rights” cards. Click here to print your own in over 50 languages

6. Participate in regular demonstrations. In West Seattle there are many. Sundays in the Junction, Mondays with Marjorie, and others. See the Seattle Protest list on the WSI Facebook page

7. Display yard signs/flags etc. support democracy and protecting our rights WSI will continue to distribute signs at our monthly meetings, or request one here

8. Rally others to join the opposition through their local Indivisible or other groups

9. Leverage your power as alumni, members of professional associations, consumers, and subscribers to encourage businesses and institutions to not cooperate with the Trump Administration

10. Become an ally of immigrants by getting involved with local organizations like the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project and Advocates for Immigrants in Detention Northwest

11. Engage in mutual aid like West Seattle Mutual Aid Party, Westside Neighbors Shelter, and Long Haul Kitchen

12. Join a West Seattle Indivisible team: communications, events, video resource, member engagement, elections, environment, healthcare, and immigration
